pre-writing skills is the ability to write or draw graphic signs. It is a complex skill that requires a child to master, among other things, fine motor skills, visual perception, and eye-hand coordination; good concentration is also important. During writing, the correct way of holding the writing tool and the pressure applied is also crucial. Too much pressure will cause holes in the paper, while too little will make the drawn signs poorly legible. While playing with our set, a child can train all the skills necessary for proper and fluent writing in the future.

1. Concentration is the ability to focus attention on something specific. It can be an activity, a specific object, or instructions given by a teacher. Attentional concentration ensures the proper development of a child and is essential at every stage of their education.
2. Visual perception allows a child to get to know and understand the world around them, and it is also essential in further education for learning to read, write, and count. While playing with several elements with different patterns, a child must focus their vision on them and evaluate what they see, e.g., shapes, similarities, and differences. This is an introduction to more advanced analysis, which is, among other things, the basis for logical thinking.
3. Eye-hand coordination enables the achievement of precision in movements. It is essential in everyday activities – from eating independently, dressing, drawing, or writing to physical activity. Eye-hand coordination also requires training of the child's hands and fingers, i.e., fine motor skills.
4. Fine motor skills are the precise movements of the hands and fingers, such as squeezing, stroking, kneading, and grasping. They are essential in many areas of a child's life and for achieving independence (e.g., brushing teeth, buttoning buttons, eating, writing).
5. Sensory integration is the ability to receive stimuli through various senses: sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch, as well as the ability to interpret them. This skill is essential for getting to know and understanding the world around us.
