The privacy policy describes the rules for our processing of information about you, including personal data and so-called cookies.

I. General provisions

1. This Privacy Policy defines the rules for collecting, processing, and storing users' personal data necessary for providing electronic services on the website: www.smartmemories.pl.

II. Purpose of collecting personal data

1. The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:

• account registration and user identity verification;
• enabling login to the website;
• execution of the agreement regarding services and e-services;

• sending a newsletter (after the user consents to receive it);
• maintaining a comment system;
• providing social networking services;
• promotion of the controller's offer;
• marketing;

III. Selected data protection methods used by the operator

Login and personal data entry areas are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal data and login credentials entered on the website are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the target server.

The website is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of cyber_Folks S.A. based in Poznań.

V. Your rights and additional information about how data is used

1. Providing data is voluntary but necessary for concluding an agreement or using other functionalities of the website.
2. In some situations, the controller has the right to transfer personal data to other recipients if it is necessary for the performance of the concluded agreement or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the controller. This applies to such groups of recipients as courier companies, postal operators, insurers, law firms and debt collection agencies, banks, payment operators, authorized employees and associates who use the data for the purpose of the website's operation.
3. Personal data is processed by the controller no longer than is necessary to perform related activities defined by separate regulations.
4. The user has the right to access the content of their personal data, to rectify, delete, restrict processing, transfer, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
5. A complaint regarding the controller's actions may be filed with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
6. Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be carried out in relation to the customer for the purpose of providing services under the concluded agreement and for the purpose of direct marketing by the controller.
7. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means it is not sent outside the European Union.

VI. Information in forms

1. The website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.

3. The website, in some cases, may save information facilitating the association of data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such a case, the user's email address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.
